Competition will be held as a National Final only. Teams must pre-register with the National Coordinator by March 24, 2010. The pre-registration must include a non-refundable deposit equal to the entry fee for the National Final Round Robin. Club games may be held but impose no restrictions on who may enter the National Final. If a club game is held the sanction fee will be $8 per team.

Unit or Zone Finals may be held as fund raising events. The results of a Zone or Unit Final do not affect who may enter the National Final. Sanction fee for such events is $8.00 per team entered.

All teams wishing to take part in the CWTC National Final must submit their team entry to the National Coordinator no later than March 24, 2010. This official team entry must include the following:
- Team Captain’s name, ACBL number
- Team Captain’s mailing address, phone number and email address
- Name and ACBL numbers for all other team members
- non-refundable Round Robin entry fee of $744 (includes IF surtax).
- Late entries will be accepted ONLY to improve the movement if, for example, an odd number of teams have entered by the deadline.

Changes to a team’s roster may be made for any reason up until May 1, 2010.
