CAN-AT REGIONAL BRIDGE TOURNAMENT
AT THE WORLD TRADE AND CONVENTION CENTRE


The Canadian Atlantic Regional begins June 28th and continues through to July 3rd inclusive. All games will be held at the spectacular World Trade & Convention Centre right in the downtown of Halifax. There will be games for everyone, Three Knockout Events, Swiss Team Games, Pairs Events and Special Games for those new to duplicate. Hospitality - It is Maritime Standard to ensure that there is lots of good hospitality, The Festival will not be any different.

Youth Day - Youth and Junior Players will be invited to kibitz finals of Canadian Championships and participate in a special game at the World Trade and Convention Centre.

An Evening with Audrey

World famous bridge teacher and author Audrey Grant will join the Festival on Thursday, June 29th for a special 2-hour supper event followed by a session of bridge at the World Trade & Convention Centre. And, if there's enough demand, Audrey looks forward to adding a Teacher's Accreditation Program (TAP) into her Halifax agenda.

Thrills & Skills

A unique event planned for Wednesday, June 28th for all youths interested in the thrills of duplicate. Youth players will be invited to kibitz the Canadian Championship Players at the Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites and then play in their own game at the World Trade & Convention Centre.

Canada Day Bridge & Brunch

A fun filled event for those 55 years old and over will be held at the World Trade & Convention Centre on Saturday, July 1st beginning at 10:00 am. A short game played duplicate-style with brunch to follow ! Designed especially for those who love the game and the social aspect of it.
